Our team is expanding – we are looking for two great women to join us! 

We are looking for two women Therapists to join our team to facilitate, implement and deliver the one to one counselling and therapeutic group services within Nottingham Women’s Centre.
Nottingham Women’s Centre is run by women, for women and we’ve been around for nearly 50 years. We aim to help all women to gain the confidence and skills to achieve their potential and become stronger and more independent. We provide a safe and supportive environment in which women can do this, either by taking part in training or activities, getting support and services, or campaigning and becoming active in bringing about change.

Workcoach – Towards Work project

Salary: £21,268 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week, open to job share

This project is funded by the European Social Fund, and the National Lottery, through the Big Lottery Fund until 31 October 2019.

One of the projects we are involved in is called Towards Work and it’s part of the Big Lottery and European Social Fund’s Building Better Opportunities. We work with partners across the city to support unemployed people who are furthest away from employment. Our specialism is working with women. Your role will be to help them to put together a plan and then support them to achieve their goals.

We’re looking for someone who has got experience in working with vulnerable client groups. Ideally, you’ll also have a level 3 Advice and Guidance qualification, or be willing to work towards one.
