New writing sessions, ‘Expressing on paper’ at Nottingham Women’s Centre

Introductory writing workshop led by singer/songwriter Daisy Godfrey.

Daisy has felt the therapeutic benefits of the written word, so has set up this project to offer women of all ages a safe space to create. Topics will include identity, womanhood and anything else that participants would like to write about, through varied and accessible activities.

The workshops will be a relaxed and supportive space to experiment and express on paper whatever is on your mind. Whilst sharing work will be very welcomed, there will never be any pressure to share. For beginners or practised writers – come and give it a go!
