Nottingham Women’s Centre empowers 2000 women a year through one to one support and 500 through our courses and activities. 30% of these are Black, Asian or from a minority ethnic group. We’re recruiting to our team and we’d like to better represent the women we serve so would encourage women of colour to apply. Join our Board

The Board of Trustees set the direction of the Centre and oversee the finances and service delivery to make sure we keep on track. They review and agree policies and lead on big projects like the one to find us new premises. We are currently looking to recruit a Treasurer and Secretary so if you have financial expertise or are very organised and can take minutes of meetings we’d love to hear from you. Volunteer position, expenses paid. Sat 25 Jan drop in between 10am and 12noon to find out more.

Help us improve our reach into Nottingham’s diverse communities with your marketing experience. Build on our great track record in campaigning with your skills in this area. Bring women’s organisations together to help us increase our impact. You’ll have experience of inspiring a team to deliver across a range of projects and be skilled at making sure we involve women every step of the way. Full time £27,944-30,454 more info here

Join our Operational Team

We are looking for an experienced caseworker with an empowering approach to support women to apply for grants to fund essential items in times of crisis or hardship. 7 hours a week £22,182 per annum pro rata more info here
